Our aluminium framing system is ideal for construction of your gantry type router and is used in the construction of our own R1818 table router. The extrusions can be used to construct other industrial equipment. Please see examples of products produced by clicking here.

Our profiles are precision extrusions produced to DIN 3.3206.72 (6060) "Precision Profiles" and are made from AIMgSI 0.5 F25 aluminium for superior strength and resistance to deflection and are anodised for a high surface finish. Systems available are based on 25mm x 25mm and 40mm x 40mm base dimension with 8mm tee-slots running along its length on each side, threads, generally M8, can be cut into the extruded ports.

Most profiles are available up to 6.0 metres long. We can undertake the machining for you including drilling and tapping the sections for the assembly points, we can also carry out most machining operation and manufacture and carry out the assembly of your project following an acceptable quotation based on your drawings.

40mm is most widely used for Gantry type routers to construct the X, Y, and Z axis.

R1818 Table router, (see machine & plan offer) the base frame, and gantry bare are made from the 40mm x 40mm system. 40x40 profile for the 4 x legs, 40x80 profile for the base frame and 40x80 for the gantry. Many combinations of x and y axis sizes can be made from the profiles.

Panels can be made to suit many applications in the workshop, office or exhibition displays, panels can include glass, solid infill and mesh sections. A range of additional profiles and gaskets are available to achieve attractive results. Typical applications include office partitions, sliding or hinged doors, machine gaurding, exhibition displays the applications are limitless.

Many designs of work stations can be made and can include lighting ducting and air systems. Draws and rails for pneumatic tools can also be incorporated within the design. Typical applications include production assembly and inspection benches, laboratory equipment and assembly or transport conveyor systems.
