Heavy Duty Relay BoardOverview.
This AC output drive can be used for controlling your AC devices. It is easily connected and will work with 220Vac or 110Vac.
Main Features
• Outputs 3 at 10amp and 1 x 30 amp. Keep in mind that motors can draw up to 3 times as much current on startup. Use ˝ the rated current when using this device w=at 220Vac.
• Independent fuses for each connection.
• Comes with an RJ45 Connector fast installation. With this connector you just have to plug in an standard RJ45 cable and will not require further wiring.
You can use as many cards as you need as long as you have enough output signals to switch the circuits. Connect inputs in parallel to enable more than one switch with one input signal as long as your desired function will allow.
Installation
Use the 30 amp circuit for motors up to 12 amps and the 10 amp circuits for motors and devices up 5 amps.
When using 220Vac use only ˝ the recommended amperage. Keep in mind that motors can draw up to 3 times the rated current on startup.
Wiring.
This card works as a set of 4 normally open switches that enables connection if power is supplied to the card and a signal is provided to the appropriate input pin.
This card will only work with AC devises

Safety/Disclaimer
CNC machines can be dangerous,
they are designed to operate without human interference, this, in itself makes a
cnc machine inherently dangerous.
Engineers Tool Room or Rhonmac-cnc cannot accept any responsibility for loss or injury while you are using the machine you have built when using equipment purchased from us. Furthermore if you are not competent with electrical installation and working with mains power you must engage an electrical engineer to carry out the work you cannot do.
Do not forget electricity can KILL.
We strongly recommend that you build into your electronic control circuitry emergency stops and you fit appropriate guarding to the machine. It is also advised that when you design your electronic control circuit you build into your machine axis movement limit switches to prevent damage to the machine in the event of an over travel on an axis and you also build in emergency stops that kill the power of the machine and your controller
Our policy is one of continual improvement therefore specifications may change without notice. Pictorial representations are intended as a guide only and may vary depending on machine model or product offered.
